Highland Park 1989 is a 30 year old single malt from Orkney, distilled in 1989 and bottled by Cadenhead's at cask strength, 47.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled in 2019 for the Authentic Collection, and only 240 bottles were produced.
The nose is bright mandarin with a hint of oak. Herbaceous liquorice and a touch of caramel come through on the palate, and the finish is long and dry, with lasting herbal notes.
