Highland Park 21 Year Old 2020 Release is an official single malt from the Orkney islands, bottled in 2020 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. The notes run to dark chocolate, ripe fruit, honey and spicy cinnamon, rounded off by the gentle peat smoke characteristic of Highland Park.
