This Highland Park is a 22 year old single malt from the Old & Rare series, bottled at 56.9% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in August 2000 and bottled in February 2023 from a refill barrel, giving 163 bottles.
The nose is honey, caramel and heather. On the palate, orange milk chocolate and raisin combine with a soft, drying peat smoke. The finish is long and satisfying, with a slightly waxy note.
