Highland Park 25 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle and labelled 2023. It is made from malted barley and has matured in oak for twenty-five years.
The nose brings honey, dried fruit, sweet spice and a smoky note. On the palate it is full and rounded, balancing sweetness with peat, vanilla and fine oak, and the finish is long and soft.
