Highland Park 25 Year Old Dumpy Bottle is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Orkney Islands, bottled by the distillery at 53.5% ABV. Its maturation combines sherry-seasoned European and American oak with bourbon casks.
Red apple, orange peel and dried apricot meet cinnamon, thyme and subtle oak on the nose. The silky palate brings toffee, spiced plum and dark chocolate with a little black pepper. Toasted hazelnuts and smoked vanilla carry through a long, warming finish.
