Highland Park 25 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the 2023 release, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It was put together from just twelve casks: five first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks and five virgin, unseasoned American oak hogsheads.
The European and American oak sherry casks give the balance of flavours familiar from older Highland Park releases, and the virgin oak adds something new to it.
