A 28 year old Highland Park bottled for Cadenhead at cask strength. The whisky was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2020, and the release was limited to 396 bottles. On the nose it shows ripe bananas, flint and praline. The palate brings salted chocolate, bacon strips and white grapes, and the finish lets soft smoke build, with smoked kippers and golden syrup.
