A 30 year old single malt from Highland Park in Kirkwall, Orkney, bottled at 45.2% ABV. It was matured for three decades in sherry-seasoned European oak, American oak and refill hogsheads and butts.
A small number of casks laid down in the early 1990s were selected for this release.
The nose is described as honey, dried fruit, orange peel, toasted almonds and heather smoke, with hints of vanilla and polished oak.
