Highland Park 56 Year Old is a single malt distilled in 1968 and bottled at a natural 47.1% ABV, without chill filtration. It comes from a single first-fill sherry-seasoned oak cask and yields 170 bottles.
The cask was hand-selected by master distiller Gordon Motion. The whisky is described as combining jasmine, raisin, cloudy honey and delicate peat smoke.
