Highland Park – Between You and I by Laila Gohar 17 Year Old

This is a 17-year-old Highland Park single malt created in collaboration between the distillery's Master Whisky Maker, Marc Watson, and the artist Laila Gohar. More than 80 casks were tasted before the final selection, which drew on Laila's work and Egyptian heritage. New American oak casks play a central role, giving a lively take on the Highland Park style. Three themes run through the release: leather, orange blossom and vanilla. Lively fruit and spice notes are balanced by creamy vanilla, and illustrations inspired by Laila's impressions of the whisky accompany the release.
