Highland Park Between You & I is a 16 year old single malt from Orkney, created by the distillery together with the Swedish chef Björn Frantzén. It is a limited edition, bottled at 48% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The whisky was matured in virgin Swedish oak casks and distilled in Kirkwall.
The nose opens with warm oak spice, honey, vanilla and dried fruits. The palate moves to toasted wood, soft smoke and a delicate floral sweetness. The finish is oak-led, with a touch of sea salt and lingering spice.
