Between You & I is a 17-year-old Highland Park single malt from Orkney, bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It was distilled in copper pot stills and matured for 17 years in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. Part of the malt is made on site at the distillery's own floor maltings and dried over heather peat from Hobbister Moor.
The nose is warm honey and heather, with dried apricot, orange peel, aromatic peat smoke and toasted almond. The palate has golden syrup, stewed stone fruit, baking spice, dark chocolate and fig. The finish is long and warming, with smoked honey, dried herbs and toasted oak.
