This is a cask strength single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, bottled at 63.6% in a 70cl bottle. The smoke comes from heather gathered locally at Hobbister Moor on Orkney, which is smoked to give the distillery's familiar smoky note. The whisky matured in first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks. Expect marshmallow, macadamia nuts, brandy butter, oak spices and peat smoke.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
