Highland Park Cask Strength Nr.3 2022 is a single malt from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at full cask strength, so the character of the barley and the wood comes through undiluted.
The nose combines sweet peat, honey and spice with smoky notes. On the palate it is long and enveloping, with candied citrus, vanilla and a hint of toasted wood, along with a savoury, slightly herbal edge.
