Dragon Legend is a single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, bottled at 43.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The peat used in the malting was cut locally at Hobbister Moor, and the whisky is more peated than Highland Park usually is. It was matured in used sherry casks, which add a lightly spiced sweetness alongside the smoke.
Tasting notes mention lemon peel, honey, vanilla, spices and freshly cut wood, with aromatic peat smoke running through.
