Highland Park – Freya The Valhalla Collection

Highland Park Freya is the third release in the Valhalla Collection, which draws on the character of the Norse gods. This one is inspired by Freya, the goddess of love, and is described as a full, rich and complex single malt. The nose combines almond, Madagascan vanilla, white chocolate and candied cherries, with mango, melon and cream soda. On the palate are orange peel, butterscotch, rose petals, ginger and tropical fruits under light peat smoke. The finish carries spice, soft peat smoke, orchard fruits, toasted coconut and a light char.
