Highland Park Hillhead is a special edition of 1200 bottles, made for Hillhead. Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker selected three first-fill casks for it: European oak sherry, American oak sherry and American oak bourbon.
The nose brings creamy vanilla, coconut, lemon peel and clear honey. The palate is sweet, with vanilla and a light, spicy smokiness, and the medium-sweet finish stays with vanilla and smoke.
