Highland Park Hillhead

From the northernmost distillery in Scotland, Highland Park Hillhead embodies the rich heritage of Orkney. Born from a legacy tracing back to 1798 and a former illicit still, this single malt showcases the distillery’s mastery of cask harmonisation, blending the influence of European and American oak sherry casks with ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a complex whisky offering a distinctive heathery sweetness, characteristic of Orcadian peat, alongside notes of rich fruit and spice. Bottled in 2018 at 46% ABV, Hillhead presents a beautifully balanced and refined expression of Highland Park’s celebrated style – a limited release of only 1200 bottles.
