Highland Park Land of Orkney is a 14-year-old island single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney. It matured in a combination of refill and first fill Sherry-seasoned American oak casks, balancing Sherry sweetness with American oak freshness. Bottled at 42.3% vol, it uses lightly peated malt for a gentle smoke note, and the edition honours the cultural and geographical identity of the islands.
