This is a 12 year old Orkney single malt from Highland Park, released in 2018 to support The Orkney Saga Centre. It is a limited edition of 6,000 bottles, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured mainly in European and American sherry casks. Tasting notes mention sweet floral honey, rich fruitcake, warm winter spices, orange zest and smoky peat.
