Highland Park Quercus is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky, released in just 1,200 bottles. The whisky was matured in first-fill European oak casks seasoned with sherry. On the nose it shows rich spices, dried fruit, light smoke and cedar wood. The palate brings cinnamon bark, orange peel, cocoa and toasted wood, and the finish is lingering spiciness.
