Single Malt Whisky
Highland Park Shiel is a single malt Scotch whisky, released as a special edition of only 1200 bottles. Highland Park's hand-turned floor maltings usually supply 20% of the malt the distillery uses. For this release it used 100%, which gives a powerful intensity of peat smoke. The name Shiel is meant to symbolise the effort that goes into every grain.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
