Highland Park – Thor 16 Years Old Valhalla Collection (70cl, 52.1%)

Highland Park Thor is a 16-year-old single malt from Orkney, bottled at a cask strength of 52.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Released in 2012, it was the first bottling in the Valhalla Collection, with 23,000 bottles produced. The collection draws on Orkney's historical Scandinavian connections. Thor is the Norse god of thunder and is supposedly the creator of the Cliffs of Yesnaby on Orkney's west coast. The bottle comes in a wooden frame inspired by a Viking longboat.
