Highland Park Velier Single Cask No. 2 is a single malt distilled in Orkney and matured in one cask. It is a limited edition, bottled straight from the cask without chill filtration, and has an intense amber colour. The nose is lightly smoky with peat, honey, sweet spice and dried fruit. The palate is rich and enveloping, with smoke balanced by vanilla and chocolate, and a lasting aftertaste of malt and wood.
