Highwing Honey Rye is an American rye whiskey flavoured with honey, bottled at 35% in a 750ml bottle. It is made in small batches, and the bottle carries golden accents and an etched wing motif. The honey sits alongside the peppery character of the rye, so the whiskey is sweet at the front and spicy behind it.
