Hills & Harbour Gin (70cl)

Hills & Harbour is a gin from a Scottish artisan distillery. It is distilled with local ingredients, including botanicals gathered from the hills and forests around the distillery, among them noble pine and seaweed, which give the spirit a distinctive aromatic profile and a markedly fresh, balsamic flavour. On the nose it shows clear juniper with berry fruit nuances, followed by a lightly spicy and citrus undertone from citrus peels among the ingredients. It suits a classic Gin & Tonic and also works in more elaborate cocktails.
