Hinch Double Wood is a 5 year old Irish whiskey blending single malt and single grain, made in County Down.
It spent at least four years in first fill bourbon casks, followed by a further year in virgin oak. The whiskey has a golden brown colour.
The nose is marked by intense citrus fruit. On the palate there are bold spice and mocha notes, set over a balanced fruit undertone.
