Hinch Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Hinch Peated Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish single malt from County Down, Northern Ireland, in a 70cl bottle. It pairs pronounced peat smoke with honeyed sweetness, fruit, pepper and dark chocolate. The current expression is matured in ex-bourbon American oak, Madeira and Oloroso sherry casks. The nose has ashy bonfire smoke and heathery notes against sweet charred pineapple. On the palate come bold peat smoke, smoked rock salt, cracked black pepper, honey and dark chocolate. The finish is lingering sweet smoke with persistent chocolate.
