Hinch Small Batch is an Irish blended whiskey made in County Down. It combines 25% single malt with 75% single grain, put together in small batches.
The whiskey spends three to four years in first-fill bourbon casks, which bring hints of fruit, vanilla and caramel. Its colour is a light hazelnut.
The nose is sweet wood and toffee. On the palate, dried fruit meets citrus over a lasting caramel undertone.
