This is a single cask cognac from Hine, distilled in 2004 and drawn from one cask only. Hine is based in Segonzac, in the heart of Grande Champagne, so each bottle comes from the same barrel and may differ slightly from the next.
The nose is rich and enveloping, with ripe fruit, vanilla and wood. The palate is round and structured, with sweet spice and chocolate, and a long, lingering finish. It is bottled in a 70cl size and comes in a presentation box.
