An XO cognac from Hine, made from eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 10 years from Grande and Petite Champagne. Long ageing in French oak casks gives it complexity and depth. The nose shows ripe fruit, sweet spices, cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it is rich yet elegant, with candied fruit, dried fruit, leather and tobacco, plus a light peppery note leading to a long, persistent finish. It is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
