Hinotori 5 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky made from malt and grain whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Hekinan distillery in Aichi, which was founded in 1949.
The whisky was aged for five years in used whisky barrels, which is said to bring out gentle, smooth aromas.
