Walker's DeLuxe is an eight-year-old Illinois straight bourbon from Hiram Walker & Sons, from the 1970s, at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Hiram Walker distilled it at their Peoria site, on the grounds of the former Great Western Distillery, once the largest in the world. Whiskey production there ceased in 1973, after which production of the brand passed to Heaven Hill at their former distillery in Bardstown, and then to Barton distillery. Barton and the brand are now both owned by Sazerac.
