Hirsch The Horizon is a blend of two straight bourbons, both distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
Most of the blend, 94%, comes from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, aged for a minimum of 4 years. The remaining 6% is distilled from a high rye mash and aged for 6 years. A grid on the back label of each bottle gives the exact batch specifications.
