Hirsch The Single Barrel White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled from a single barrel at cask strength. The label gives 53.5% ABV (107 proof), in a 75cl bottle.
It was aged for 4 years and 8 months in new American oak barrels with a number 4 char. The mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, and the spirit went into the barrel at 55% ABV, a level chosen to give a more subtle influence from the wood.
