This is a nine-year-old blended whisky from Nestville, sold under the Hit & Run name. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
Nine years in oak give it an amber colour and a balance of oak and grain, with a gentle warmth running through it.
On the nose there is toasted oak, warm vanilla and a little grain. The palate is smooth, with oak depth, some sweetness and a supporting spice, and the finish is long, with the oak staying in balance.
