Hochstadter's Slow & Low Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Slow & Low is a rock and rye from Hochstadter's: straight rye whiskey blended with honey, rock candy, citrus and a touch of bitters. It is pre-batched and comes in a 75cl bottle. It is made for sipping, neat or over a large ice cube. The rye gives a slightly hot, peppery start before the sweetness takes over. On the palate the pepper gives way to a mellow, smooth sweetness of rock candy, honey and citrus. The finish is long and slightly sweet.
