Hogsworth is an American bourbon that brings Armagnac into the picture, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is a bouquet of dried apricot, vanilla and toasted oak, with hints of candied orange and spiced leather. The palate is rich and layered, with caramelised sugar, black cherry and roasted almonds, balanced by warming spices and a touch of earthiness. The long finish echoes dark chocolate and aged wood, with a delicate hint of smoky Armagnac.
