Hogsworth Bourbon & Armagnac is a blend of American bourbons and French Armagnacs in a 75cl bottle. It has an average age of 9.4 years and is bottled at 93.8 proof. Hogsworth was created by the founder of WhistlePig Whiskey, and the bottle carries the image of a pig in a suit.
The nose is sweet, with honey, crème brûlée and baking spices, plus a hint of gingersnap. The palate shows chai, green apple and black pepper with a touch of orange zest.
The finish is firm, with oak spice, marmalade and vanilla bean.
