Hogsworth Bourbon Whiskey & Armagnac is a blend of American bourbon and French Armagnac, bottled at 46.9% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was created by Raj Peter Bhakta, founder of WhistlePig. The blend is 52% bourbon from the 2019 vintage and 48% Armagnac from the 1982, 2010 and 2012 vintages. Its average age is about 9.3 years. The nose brings honey, crème brûlée, baking spices and gingersnap. On the palate come chai, green apple, black pepper and orange zest, and the firm finish carries oak spice, marmalade and vanilla bean.
