Hooten Young Bottled In Bond is a bourbon distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, aged for a minimum of four years and bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the first bottled-in-bond release from Hooten Young, a veteran-owned brand founded in 2018, and it launched on 4 July 2025.
It was produced in partnership with Green River Distilling Co. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, and it meets the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.
The tasting notes describe rich layers of caramel, toffee, clove and black pepper, followed by a finish of caramelised brown sugar and oak.
