Hooten Young Jack Carr 16 Year Old Special Reserve Warrior Proof American Whiskey (62.5%)

Hooten Young & Jack Carr Warrior Proof is a 16 year old Special Reserve American whiskey, made in partnership with Jack Carr, the former Navy SEAL and author of The Terminal List. It is bottled straight from the barrel at 125 proof (62.5%). The mash bill is 99% corn and 1% barley, and that high corn content is said to make the whiskey smoother and sweeter. Notes of clove and baked apple run through it. It is suggested neat or with a few drops of distilled water.
