Hooten Young Zinfandel Cask is a limited edition American whiskey, aged for six years and then finished in Zinfandel wine barrels. The barrels come from the Rockpile Vineyard of Mauritson Winery, a site found by Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
The finish adds red fruit and Asian spice to the whiskey. It is typically described as having notes of maple, cream, red fruit and Asian spices.
