A gin with a modern profile, strongly influenced by hops alongside traditional juniper.
The hops give a distinctly herbaceous and floral note that blends with juniper, citrus undertones and a slightly bitter finish. It is soft but assertive on the palate, with an aromatic complexity that invites exploration.
It can be used in innovative cocktails or enjoyed neat, with lemon zest or rosemary to highlight its aromas.
