Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Limited Edition "Gone But Never Forgotten" Bourbon

This is a 10-year-old barrel strength bourbon from Horse Soldier Bourbon, made by American veterans in the USA. The Gone But Never Forgotten edition commemorates the lives lost on 9/11 and the courage of those who responded. It was drawn from hand-selected barrels and bottled uncut and non-chill filtered, in a run of only 85 bottles. The nose is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, spice and leather. The palate is bold, with deep molasses and dried fruit, and the finish is long and warming.
