Horse Soldier Commander's Select VII is a 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, made in small batches by U.S. Army Green Beret veterans. This limited edition commemorates service, sacrifice and resilience.
The bourbon was aged for ten years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at barrel proof, 60% ABV, without chill filtration.
Toasted oak, dark caramel and spice come through on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with vanilla, burnt sugar, cinnamon and hints of dried fruit, and the finish is long and warming with leather, charred oak and lingering spice.
