Hotel Starlino Rosso is an Italian red vermouth from Piedmont, in a 75cl bottle at 17% vol. It has a deep red colour and is made from Italian wine, botanicals and a blend of herbs.
The nose brings herbs, dried fruit and a touch of citrus. On the palate, bitter and sweet notes sit together, with botanicals and spice running through.
It can be served neat or over ice, and it works in classics such as the Negroni and the Manhattan.
