A Breath of Fresh Air is a 37 year old blend of aged grain whiskies from across Scotland, part of the House of Hazelwood Legacy Collection. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with an outturn of 417 bottles, each in a hand-labelled, individually numbered decanter. The character is clean and fresh, with a mint-led profile that recalls the Scottish countryside in spring. The nose brings spearmint, pineapple, crushed mint and dock leaf. The palate follows with more fresh mint, a zingy fruit character and a mouth-watering dryness.
