Hudson 5 Year Old is a New York straight bourbon, aged for five years in new American oak barrels. The mash bill is 95 percent corn and 5 percent malted barley.
It is made in the Hudson Valley, with all ingredients bought locally from farmers in the valley.
The nose is buttery, with corn bread, citrus and vanilla. On the palate come cashew butter and caramel, followed by a long, balanced finish.
