Hudson Whiskey – Back Room Deal

Back Room Deal is a limited-edition bourbon from Hudson Whiskey, made from barrels selected and blended from New York's Hudson Valley. The nose offers rich caramel, dark fruit and charred oak with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is bold and complex, with toffee, dried cherries, leather and warm baking spices. The finish is long, with lingering sweetness and a touch of smoke. It can be taken neat, or with a single large ice cube to open up its flavours.
